What dreams are held deep in the heart of your hearts ?…….What is the wisdom distilled in the deeper waters of your unconscious ?….What is the voice of your intuition saying as it guides you and grows you in ways you never imagined fathomable?

Dear friends, you are invited to join us for this truly unique experience to journey deep into the sanctuaries of your inner landscape. This masterclass is a delicious blend of sweet, restorative yin expertly guided by Claudia @artoflifeandlove  and held in the deep resonance of live Cello sweetly played by Laura @rosie.laura concluding in a magical guided heart meditation.

At its essence, the practice of yoga is a process of purifying our bodies and our minds. It calls us to, breath by breath, layer by layer, soften and relax our body mind complex untangling physical, mental and emotional contractions so that all our vital energies can flow more optimally.

When we can deeply relax and release in this way, we can begin to experience the profound reality of our inner world.

Our healing journey will be lovingly held by the mellow and honeyed tones of live cello ! Our body-mind has its own frequency, its own vibration. Being in a sacred space of deep relaxation our own unique frequency is soothed and sedated by the sound of music, facilitating a deeper healing and rejuvenation on a cellular and energetic level. Freedom & Fluidity in Your Spine

This is a therapeutic workshop for anyone who experiences sensitivity, compression or pain in their mid to lower back. Whether these sensations arise from injury, an imbalance/misalignment or tightness and inflexibility, there are common anatomical and energetic patters at play.

The workshop is designed to give you an embodied understanding of the contributing factors of back pain. You will also be taught therapeutic yoga poses and techniques to release, lengthen and strengthen the spine and pelvis to relieve pain and help you move with ease. During the workshop you will be guided through two practice sequences – one designed specifically to release back pain and another to develop flexibility.

To continue your journey of healing, you will receive an e-manual and your own inflatable Muscle Release Ball (as used in the workshop). The e-manual contains detailed “how to” notes and illustrations for each of the poses and also the two practice sequences from the workshop. In this way you will be able to effectively and safely continue gaining relief and deeper healing. The e-manual also contains additional information and a list of resources for you to access continuing support.

Wo*Men-o-pause – Speaking the Truth

Menopause is an exquisite metamorphosis. Like puberty and childbirth before it, menopause is a right of passage for women. A period of great fluctuation, heralding the death of what is familiar and the birth of uncertainty, followed by the resurgence of creativity and comfort. Many women have been conditioned to perceive menopause as something to be endured, the inevitable mood fluctuations and temporary imbalances as symptoms of a dis-ease needing therapy (read HRT)!

Our time together will open with a gentile and nurturing yoga practice, exploring specific poses and techniques to address symptomatic imbalances (e.g., excess heat in the body, digestive changes, fatigue and insomnia) and meet the needs of the body mind complex during this transition. Yoga has much to offer in guiding women to unwrap the offering of menopause. I will lead a discourse on the spiritual practices that will usher you to embody this transformation. Together, in a sharing circle, we will explore the lifestyle and dietary changes that will nourish you to step with purpose and meaning into the most potent and climatic chapter of your life.We’ve all cultivated a unique body of knowledge. By sharing our experiences and our vulnerabilities we connect and elevate each other towards wholeness, in this way we reclaim our sovereignty as women and menopause as a right of passage. And our time together will conclude with a sweet and deeply rejuvenating restorative practice to relax and nourish body, mind and heart.

If women honour themselves during these times and take care of one another, then each metamorphosis gives rise to a new, more powerful voice. This is my offering in honouring you, to help you understand what you are moving away from and what you are being guided to embrace.

Relax

New Class on the Schedule

Happy to share that one of my classes is evolving to better honour the natural rhythms of life !  From Monday 19th March, my 7.15 pm class @ Inna Bliss Yoga will now be a RELAX class. Often times we think we are relaxing, when really what we are doing is disconnecting, disconnecting from all the sensations, the urges, the promptings of the body-mind that it's time to drop inside for some rebalancing, restoring and rejuvenating, a little like downloading a software upgrade for all of the internal systems that keep us alive.

In order for this process to occur optimally, we need to stop taking on more information. If we're on the couch watching TV or even reading a book, our senses are still being saturated by stimulus and the internal process of recalibration is impeded. To truly relax we need to turn the senses inward, to allow ourselves the time to steep, to soak and to  marinade in the cosiness of our own being, softening layer by layer, breath by breath, dropping deeper and deeper inside. Only then do we enter a deep state of relaxation where true healing can be accelerated on a cellular and energetic level.

How perfect that the class change has arrived with the cooler weather, as Nature leads us to journey inside. I very much look forward to sharing this process with you ~*~
